Brian Keaney is a former teacher who now writes full time. In addition to the Magical Detectives, his titles include Bitter Fruit and Jacob’s Ladder. His young adult fantasy trilogy, The Promises of Dr Sigmundus, received high critical acclaim including praise from Philip Pullman!
