Catherine Fortey
Catherine Fortey is an illustrator and artist making her home in the rolling moors of Yorkshire. She juggles drawing and many cups of tea with looking after her two small children and a pair of mischievous kittens. Catherine enjoys experimenting and exploring with all kinds of art materials and techniques, and draws from a wide range of influences, including folklore, street photography, medieval art and Japanese culture.
She loves a strong line, rarely uses purple, and owns a ridiculous amount of black pens.
